Anonymous asked: do the films have to be complete or can they just end on any note?

Do you mean - are roughcuts/works-in-progress eligible?

- If so, yes!

Anonymous asked: How many films can one person submit? Is there an issue with a film being adapted from a comic book, or using a commercial piece of music?

You may submit up to 4 films. There is not an issue with adaptation or use of commercial music unless you get selected by PBS to air nationally.

Anonymous asked: what are the "entry categories?"

You may submit whatever you wish as long as it complies with the guidelines posted on the main ArtPower! Film Tumblr page.

Anonymous asked: who can i talk to about submitting a piece to the up&coming film festival? i am not too familiar with tumblr, so i really don't know how to submit my video...
